Common questions
My card disappeared from Wallet
Open the shop's sign-up link again and enter the same phone number. The same card comes back with the same stamps — nothing is lost.
My stamps are not updating
Open the card in Wallet and pull down to refresh. If it still looks wrong, check you have signal, or ask the staff member to scan again.
I changed my phone
Open the sign-up link on the new device and enter the same number. Your card moves across with its stamps intact.
I want my data deleted
Email admin@om.om from the address or number on the account and we will remove it within 30 days.
I did not get a notification for my stamp
Open the card, tap the info button on the back, and check that "Allow Notifications" is switched on.
